Try this sustainable design prompt with your team. Take 3-minutes and write 5 things you can do in the studio where you work to encourage more sustainable habits.

Then choose your favorite as a team and brainstorm about what it would take to pull it off. Think about your day-to-day. Consider the levels of approval you may need if your idea could be a larger initiative for the whole company.
