RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note: We take great care to ensure you have multiple opportunities to review and approve your colors and artwork before your order is put into production. This allows us to produce your order to your exact specifications. Therefore, all sales are considered final once an item has entered production and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or there is an error in the decoration.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. After inspection, we will let you know the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shop@harthousecreative.com. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect or error in the decoration, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. However, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for issues related to customer-approved artwork or color selections once production has begun.
5. Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:
Personalized or customized items
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
In addition, any item that has entered production (e.g., custom or logo-imprinted products) is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before entering production. Once customization begins, we can no longer accept cancellations. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately—we will do our best to accommodate you.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team at shop@harthousecreative.com with your order number and details about the item. We will reply promptly with next steps.
