RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

 

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

2. Refunds

You have 30 days to request a refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item per our return policy and place a new order for the item you desire. Note that because we sell limited runs of our product that exchanges will be based on availability.

 

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

 

6. Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

 

- Personalized or customized items

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products
