When Passion Is Drawn Into Studio Practice
There’s an art to making art for a living. The digital illustrators featured this month were selected for their incomparable style and the inspiring way they are making and leaving a mark with it.
Creators from Philadelphia to Las Vegas are doing it all: building a body of work, running their studio, and showing up for their craft. As a creator and business owner myself I find the last bit the most challenging because once you shift intio the role of business owner, straddling the line between making art and selling it, it can be hard sometimes to “feel like it,” to be able to find your spark when the the invoices are late, payroll needs processing, you are trying to redesign your website and find time to mentor and give your team time with you…
We hope their stories inspire yours.
Keep building,
Jenn Hart
